Committee: Abuser Registry External Review Committee
Purpose: The purpose of the Abuser Registry External Review Committee is to offer a recommendation on whether the case meets the criteria for processing to the Registry.

Frequency of Meetings: Monthly
Committee: Statewide Trends & Patterns Committee
Purpose: The purpose of the Statewide Trends & Patterns Committee is to review statewide data and Department activities related to health and safety to assist with identifying actions or activities to improve the overall system.

Committee: Mortality Review Committee
Purpose: The purpose of the Mortality Review Committee is to review deaths to identify and address any case specific, facility specific, or system-wide issues that could improve the care provided by others.
