10. Hit F-5 key on your keyboard to refresh your screen -- If you don't turn off/log off every day, you may have missed several updates and may be looking at old info.
9. Hit F-11 key on your keyboard to display a full-screen version of the homepage (or any other page) so that the bottom doesn't drop out of sight on the monitor. To return to the usual view (that returns the URL bar at the top), just hit F-11 again !

7. To access our DODD Contacts listing, simply click on "Contacts" at the top left of the homepage. This is where you will find DODD employees, and can search for names in several ways.
6. Also re: 'contacts' at the above URL address, is the much-sought-after List of County Boards. Just click on the DODD County Boards wording, and it's there, in alpha order. This is a really good and fast resource.
5. Click on the DODD Today green and yellow sunshine icon to get updated news on many topics in the DODD arena, and timely reminders. <Updated twice monthly, at least.
4. To get onto the State of Ohio website quickly from our site, just click on the 'Ohio.Gov' icon at the top of the homepage. It takes you directly there.

What do you find on the bottom of the homepage under Publications and Links? ‘Publications’ lists the full archive of all issues of the DODD Pipeline electronic newsletter, as well as many handbooks and other publications. ‘Links’ shows you several listings, linking directly to Advocacy Groups, Provider Organizations and the like.
2. The 'Find It Fast' feature on the homepage lists the items that are ‘hit on’ most often. We do not control what comes up there - you do! - by the number of times users look for an item. If something was there and then is not, we did not take it away, the ‘user-pool’ did.
